    Welcome

I am delighted to introduce our school to you and hope that this new website helps to explain what makes Bishop Hedley Catholic High school such a special place. Choosing the best school for your son or daughter is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. 2019 saw the pupils in our school achieve the highest ever GCSE results in the history of the school and Merthyr Tydfil for the second consecutive year, following on from our successful ESTYN inspection in November 2018. I trust that this website will give you an informative and inspiring insight into our values, expectations and Christian ethos. Mrs S Hopkins, Headteacher.
